I spend time with you getting to know the details of your wedding day, assist with timings and planning to ensure your wedding day or special event runs smoothly, making personalised, enjoyable and memorable announcements at key moments, guiding you and your guests through the day.
Clients who choose this service as an add-on to a Sparkling ceremony will feel relaxed and comfortable knowing I am there for the rest of the day. Having already met me at your ceremony, your guests will trust and recognise me.
From guests arrival, I will host your wedding day, using my Yorkshire charm and sparkle to guide you and your guests through the key moments, including:

Helping your photographer to arrange your confetti shot and assisting with any planned photos

I will gather key information from your venue, ensuring everything is running to time.
I will support your wedding party, helping them with their responsibilities and tasks. Lost bridesmaids? I will find them! Nervous best person before their speech? I will encourage and reassure them!

I have been in the industry for around a decade. Working as a wedding and events supervisor for beautiful venues in York, I have lots of experience planning and delivering many perfect weddings each year.
I have years of experience ensuring wedding days run to time, supporting the wedding party, offering expertise and guidance, and making announcements.
I know how important your wedding is and how much time, effort and money you have invested to have the perfect day. As an add-on to your ceremony package, for only £250, or as a standalone service for £300, I will:

Host your wedding day - from guests arriving until after your first dance

Provide personalised, enjoyable announcements throughout the day for all the key moments, such as confetti shot, group photos, call to dinner, speeches, cake cutting and first dance

Work with your venue, coordinator, caterers, photographer and musicians to ensure your day is on time, enjoyable and memorable

Provide assistance and reassurance to you, your wedding party and guests
